Since two years ago, he also started hitting me, all while drunk. I wanted to leave him but he threatens to kill me. He is employed while I am not. I worry about who the children would end up with because of that…”
Petar is the boss of an employee who approached him complaining about a colleague who is harassing him by saying derogatory words, belittling and insulting him. The mistreated employee is currently on sick leave, to which he was referred by a psychiatrist who diagnosed him with stress at work.
Petar is interested in what the legal procedure is in this case and what he, as the boss, could do to resolve the situation.
